The Board of Directors of the Central Depository and Settlement Corporation (CDSC) Limited wishes to announce the following changes in the CDSC Board.
1. Mrs. Aida Kimemia – Nesbitt has been appointed as the CDSC Board Chairperson with effect from 1 April 2021
2. Mr. Kiprono Kittony, EBS has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director in CDSC with effect from 1 October 2020
3. Mr. Lawrence Kimathi Kiambi has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director in CDSC with effect from 1 January 2021
4. Mr. Sitoyo Lopokoiyit has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director in CDSC with effect from 1 April 2021
